Feature of the canvas

The surface is coated with SYLOJET® P 508 silica pigments,

which have the highest available absorptive capacity. Particle size can be selected based on the desired texture and surface appearance. These products can be used to obtain outstanding print quality results for all premium matte commercial ink jet coated media. Examples of key print quality features obtainable are :
- exceptional color snap (appearance)
- high ink optical density
- minimal dot gain
- superior adsorption and ink dry times
The internal porosity and capacity of SYOJET® P 508 silicas ensure that ink liquids are absorbed rapidly and held tightly, resulting in ink droplets with sharp, crisp edges for high quality printed image.

Small size like 0.61m/0.635m we will pack every 4-6 rolls (have separate packing) in one carton like following:

Our factory for canvas have 30 years experience in this field, it takes an area of 10000 sqm, located in Jiangsu province.

Our rotor spinner can produce 4 ton threads per day, it can produce around 10000 meters canvas. We have 32 units of waving machine, they can make any width canvas from 0.38m to 3.5m.

We have strict request for canvas' quality, so the canvas cutting staff will make a strong quality control to every batch of produced canvas.
